TERMS OF SALE AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Validity of the sales contract, goods and price information

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for delivery of the goods is added to the price.

The fee for the delivery of the goods depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery.

The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when making the order.

Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.

Placing an order

Kodukäsitöö products can be purchased through the e-shop or by visiting Kodukäsitöö shops.

To order goods from the e-shop, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method for product delivery. The screen will then display the amount of the fee, which can be paid via a bank link, invoice or debit card.

You can pay for the goods through bank links (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay) or by using a bank card (Visa and MasterCard)

The goods are paid for in euros (€).

The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Store.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

Delivery

Within Estonia, the goods will be sent to Omniva and SmartPost parcel machines. Outside Estonia, orders are sent as simple packages to the customer’s delivery address.

Delivery prices:

  • Delivery to Omniva or SmartPost parcel machine: 5 €
  • Delivery to Europe: 12 €
  • Delivery elsewhere: 15 €

When ordering goods from the e-shop for at least 100 €, delivery is free!

The delivery costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is also displayed next to the delivery method

The submitted orders will be placed in the mail no later than within three working days after the purchase amount has been received in the current account of the e-shop.

In exceptional cases there is a right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days (of this the customer will be notified and, if desired, the purchase amount will be transferred back to the customer’s account).

The buyer also has the opportunity to pick up the goods himself, in which case there are no delivery costs. You can pick up the goods at Pikk 22, Tallinn, but the exact time of receipt of the goods must be agreed with the e-shop in advance.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • If the buyer is a legal entity;
  • if the customer has ordered the goods to be delivered to the parcel machine, but has not picked up the parcel in time and the parcel has been sent back to the e-shop owner (the customer can re-order the goods to the parcel machine by paying the return and re-sending costs).

In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for a purpose other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or have signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

In order to return the goods, an application for withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted, the form of which can be found here and sent to the e-mail address info@crafts.ee no later than within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective item).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store shall return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer on the basis of the contract.
The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the item, whichever is earlier.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not have to reimburse the consumer for a cost that exceeds the cost related to the usual delivery method. The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and demand the goods back from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
